"Help" Closing Existing Bankruptcy Case! ! !

Arizona is calling, come on down there is plenty of room to share.  Currently Cochise Terrace LLC DBA as Cochise Terrace RV Resort is near the end of an existing Bankruptcy Case.   Resolution can be and will be accomplished by selling Deeded RV Sites within one section of Cochise Terrace LLC.  That area is known as Snowbird Hill Community Association and contains 75 sites that are being sold.

 The Court has approved  RV sites sales and we have close 6+ cash buyers that were provided clean title insurance via Pioneer Title Agency.  Those funds are being held by Pioneer Title as directed by the Court.  

Help ! We need cash buyers and we have lowered the Prices.  The buyer will receive the following:  (1) Deed (2) Title Policy with "no" liens ; (3) City o Benson water and sewer (4) Electric (20-30-50); (5) Phone and Cable lines on the property; (6) Paved streets; and (7) Owner Association. These sites are a minimum of 2,000 SF.
