Bowling Alley Business Model

Benson Arizona is a smaller size Southwestern City located east of Tucson just off I-10.  We have an 8 lane Bowling Alley on the market.  There is an interesting story involved.

The owner states his rationale for purchasing the property some years ago is simple and straight forward. He wanted to teach his children about owning and operating a business.  The felt that would that working with customers would provide a real taste of the real world and it would draw the family closer. The children worked in the facility throughout their schools years.  

 
A major change occurred during the last two years of school.  As is the way of nature, the girls wanted to start dating instead of working the family business.  Shortly thereafter, Dad decided to close the bowling alley.  He had plenty of existing business opportunities on his plate and wasn't looking for a job. 

He kept the facility is open one day a month to keep his business.  The alleys are well maintained and ready for business. 

We are looking for an owner/operator to provide Benson residents and guests the opportunity to visit an air conditioned facility to enjoy social networking and most of all, just plain exercise.
